Hi Norma, Just a short note to say thankyou. It looks perfect in the frame and is a really professional job.  It has a remarkable resemblance to my own dog, Pip, which is why I chose the design.  Everytime I look at it, it reminds me of him. It is better than any photographs I have of him, and it will be something to remind me of him when he is gone.  It may have only cost 57 pounds, but to me it is priceless!! M S

If you are not delighted with any picture framed by us you may return it for re-framing or a full refund. We will either dismantle it and return your artwork in its original state or redo any work that you are not happy with. Items are very well packed and should arrive safely. They are always sent insured by ParcelForce or Special Delivery. If anything should be damaged in transit please retain the packaging and notify us within 24 hours in order that we may make a claim. We will normally notify you when your picture has been dispached so that you know when to expect it. Please notify us if it has not arrived by the expected day so that we can track it.
 

Hi Norman, I received the Celtic Winter Lady safely yesterday and she is absolutely stunning, I could not be more pleased. I thought when I finished her she was a bit "boring", but Norma has certainly brought out the best in her.  It just goes to show that having them framed properly certainly makes the difference between average and stunning!
